What's the minimum age to rent a car?

We rent to drivers 21 and over, which is below the industry standard of 25. Younger drivers welcome — bring a valid driver's license.

Do I need a credit card?

No. Unlike most rental companies, we accept cash and debit deposits — no credit card required. Call us for current deposit amounts.

Do you offer airport pickup?

Yes — complimentary pickup and drop-off at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) from our Richmond location. Let us know your flight details when you book.

What's your cancellation policy?

What documents do I need at pickup?

A valid driver's license (issued more than 1 year ago), proof of insurance or willingness to take our coverage, and your deposit (cash or debit accepted).

Do you rent to international drivers?

Yes. We accept valid international driver's licenses. If your license isn't in English, please bring an International Driving Permit or certified translation.
